The YOMOYOTO Portable Pneumatic Espresso Maker is built for travelers, campers, and coffee people who want real espresso without a countertop machine. Its stainless steel body weighs about 380g and uses a controllable pneumatic extraction system to help you reach classic espresso pressure in a compact kit.

How it works

1. Add 18g of freshly ground coffee to the portafilter, distribute, and tamp.
2. Place the filter screen on top and secure the retaining ring.
3. Add boiling water to the reservoir.
4. Attach the portafilter and lock it firmly in place.
5. Connect the pressure regulating valve and start extraction. When pressure reaches 9 bar, close the valve and brew to your preferred yield.

Gas cylinder note

Because pressure vessels are restricted in shipping, the CO2 cylinder is not included. Please purchase 16g food-grade CO2 cylinders with a 3/8"-24 TPI threaded interface. Use food-grade carbon dioxide only.
